In just nine months, NAI Harmon Group in conjunction with the Toledo Lucas County Port Authority completed the construction of a 100,000 SF "Opportunity Building", complete with all necessary infrastructure.  Dana showed interest in this location, but still required 300,000 SF, triple the size of the existing building. The plant is 300,000 SF which created over 140 jobs. This shows NAI  Harmon Group’s capability to work with the customer to get a specific real estate solution completed in a timely manner.

Through relationships, research, and dedication NAI Harmon Group has created opportunities for automotive manufacturing facilities right here in Northwest Ohio. 

With a project that began in 2012, NAI Harmon Group has worked with DANA, Detroit Manufacturing System, Faurecia, and All-Phase Electric to create Overland Industrial Park. As the Park sits on 111 acres, there is still space for 3 more "Opportunity Buildings", which could have a total of 200,000 to 300,000 SF.
